- Led an in-house consulting project, “Country Analysis,” by preparing structured sales overviews with key metrics, later integrated into QlikSense for enhanced usability by the Controlling department.
- Designed targeted promotional campaigns for specific customer segments using advanced customer segmentation techniques.
